How to report a problem with your development?

From time to time you may experience a problem with your property, a maintenance issue that requires attention, or indeed you may simply require information.

There are a number of ways you can make contact with Merlin Estates Ltd.  Probably the quickest and easiest way is by telephoning our office on 01252 811392 to speak to one of our team members informing them of your predicament.

Depending on the problem or request we may ask you to put in writing to us, particularly if the matter needs to be referred to the insurers. This can be done via email if it more convenient to you.

If you do have access to a computer, you can email us directly to [email protected] or you can go to our web page Click Here to send us a email though our web portal.

If you have any photographic evidence to support the problem, we suggest emailing them to us as quickly as possible to [email protected] as this will help to speed up the process, whilst at the same time allow us to build up a historic record for any future problems.
