How to make a payment for your Service Charge
There are a number of ways you can make a Service Charge payment as follows:
- Go to your online banking facility via the web by using the information we sent to you on your "Tennant Demand". This would have been sent to you in the post. Should you choose to make a payment on line, we ask that you ensure you include your unique reference number which is located at the top of your correspondence and on your Service Charge Demand.
- Call your bank and via your telephone banking facility ask them to make the payment for you. Please include your unique reference number which is located at the top of your correspondence and on your Service Charge Demand.
- Send a cheque made payable to your Management Company (please do not make cheques payable to Merlin Estates). Please include the following information:
- The long 16 digit number across the face of the Cheque Guarantee Card
- The Valid from date
- The Valid to date
Unique customer reference number which is located at the top of your Service Charge Demand
- Visit your bank and make a direct payment. Please include your unique reference number which is located at the top of your correspondence and on your Service Charge Demand.
- Setup a standing order form. Merlin Estates provide completed Standing Order forms with all our Tenant Demands which may be handed straight to your bank. Alternatively you can download a new copy from one of the below links or here. Please note that Standing Orders differ from Direct Debits and have both a start and completion date attached to them, consequently a new one needs to be set up with each new Service Charge year.
